My Story

My clinical approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and respect for each client’s unique experiences. I strive to create a safe, client-centered, and compassionate environment where individuals feel seen, heard, and supported throughout their healing journey. I believe that even in the midst of adversity, individuals have the capacity to build resilience and lead fulfilling, meaningful lives.

I have experience working with trauma, crisis intervention, and suicidal ideation, which allows me to provide thoughtful and responsive care to clients navigating complex emotional challenges. I have worked with diverse populations, including couples, families, children, and adolescents, and I recognize the importance of tailoring treatment to meet each client’s specific needs.

I believe that in order to live as one’s most authentic and empowered self, it is essential to safely process and work through past trauma. My therapeutic approach integrates somatic techniques, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and solution-focused interventions to support emotional regulation, increase self-awareness, and develop practical coping strategies.

I have extensive experience working with postpartum mothers and their partners, supporting attachment, bonding, and adjustment during the transition into parenthood.

My goal is to help clients strengthen their relationships, gain insight into patterns that may impact their well-being, and move toward a more balanced, connected, and meaningful life.
