My Story

Trained in perinatal mental health, adolescent therapy, couples counseling, and support for the elderly, I create a safe and inclusive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. My multicultural background allows me to connect authentically with individuals from all walks of life, recognizing that every journey is different and requires a tailored therapeutic approach.

I am passionate about fostering resilience, strengthening relationships, and guiding clients toward meaningful growth. Whether working with new parents adjusting to major life changes, teens facing the pressures of adolescence, couples seeking deeper connection, or older adults navigating life transitions, my goal is to provide compassionate support and effective strategies that promote healing and well-being.

If you’re looking for a therapist who understands the nuances of identity, culture, and mental health, I welcome the opportunity to connect. Let’s work together toward clarity, strength, and transformation.
